ReserveKit provides a reservation management platform that enables businesses to manage appointments, bookings, and scheduling through our API and web interfaces (“Services”). Our Services allow integration with various applications and provide tools for managing reservation systems.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You retain ownership of any content you submit through our Services (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting our Services.

9. Termination

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL RESERVEKIT, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReserveKit, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in accordance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes through our Services or by other means. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReserveKit regarding our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
